Required documents may include government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card/CNIC), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or fund withholding.
Subject to these Terms, 999ck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, copy or distribute any content from the Platform.
999ck makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available continuously; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999ck's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of fees or charges paid by you to 999ck in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall 999ck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gambling losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Operator services accessible through it.
999ck is an information and entertainment platform. We are not an Operator and do not control the games, odds, payouts or account-management decisions made by third-party Operators. Disputes relating to specific gambling transactions, withheld winnings or account issues must be raised directly with the relevant Operator.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 999ck Customer Support. Prior to closure, you should ensure that any pending withdrawals are processed and that no bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases.
